Power of the Pen 2011-2012
Power of the Pen is a writer’s guild that meets once a week in the fall during the CARE period. Published authors living in the Richmond metro area meet with members to discuss and learn the steps and challenges in the field of writing and publishing. Students learn the importance of keeping a journal and explore elements of a good story such as setting, point-of-view, and voice. Members will also explore avenues to market and publish their writing.
